Kings of Cheddar Valley and Wedmore Estate Agents was created by Joe Pitarella and John Denbee in 2010.  John who has been in the business for over 40 years had successfully traded for 15 years under the name of JH Denbee, but previously had been a director of Alder King and before that, King Miles Estate agents.  Joe had been employed by Alder King as a Branch Manager in Axbridge and other locations previously.  With the coming together of Joe and John  it became obvious that the new company had to be called ‘Kings’ as it had history for both.
